“Yeah, we just finished. Honestly, among all the kids there, Aiden was definitely the youngest, but he stayed calm and he did great,” Lilah said with a smile, gently brushing the back of Aiden’s head as she spoke to Gabriel.

“Hmm.” Gabriel’s eyes were fixed on the video call screen, locked onto his wife and son.

His perfectly defined features were relaxed, clearly in a good mood.

“Um...” Lilah hesitated a bit, her voice suddenly unsure.

“What is it?” Gabriel leaned back on his sleek black leather couch, holding his phone in one hand, the other resting lazily on the armrest. His slender fingers casually supported his chiseled jawline with effortless confidence.

That jawline was practically sculpted. Even with his phone angled horribly low, which normally would’ve resulted in a terrible selfie, he still looked ridiculously handsome.

“On our way out of the venue, we passed a bakery... Can I get Aiden a little cake to celebrate?” Lilah finally asked,
