"Are you ready Evelyn?" Elsie questioned. "As I'll ever be." I said with a small smile. "Somehow I still don't feel good about you going there but since you really want to, I'll let you figure this out but just remember to keep a safe distance from that man. Since you're going there on official duties, you'll only have to meet with him in the presence of other people so you should be safe. Please avoid situations in which the two of you might end up alone and always be safe." Elsie said to me softly and I nodded.

I'm so grateful for their concern for me and I feel slightly bad that I have to hide such good news from them but it's necessary.
