Chapter 27

"Margallo!" Kayden called harshly. "What? I'm just speaking the truth." She said, perking up her lips and holding an innocent expression.

Ana rubbed her temple tiredly. 

"Please enough of this now, since we're all familiar with each other, I think it's time that Margallo goes to her room and rest. She's travelled such a long distance and I'm sure that she must be exhausted. Have a good rest and explore the castle a little, we'll talk at dinner." Ana said resignedly, probably in an attempt to stop Margallo from continuing to indirectly insult me.

"Sure. You're absolutely right Mrs………" Margallo began and trailed off, obviously not remembering Ana's name. "Ana." Ana said.

"Right. I've had such a long journey so I'll just rest now. I'll see all of you later, and I'll see you too sweetheart." She said to them before turning her attention to Kayden and kissing him on the cheek.
