Author's POV

"My Alphas, the worst has happened. Abomination! Abomination!" one of the guards shouted.

"What is the problem? What abomination are you talking about?" one of the elders questioned him curiously.

"Where is Alpha Leo? We have been here for over two hours this morning, and he is still around. He is basically the only one yet to be present," Alpha Lorenzo snarled.

"Let the young man speak!" he requested.

"My Alpha, Alpha Leo, was found lifeless in his chambers, and as we speak, all the guards and domestic staff have all run away."

"What do you mean he is lying lifeless? I spoke with him two days ago. What happened to him?"

Everyone seated at the town hall began to murmur. Some were looking happy, as if they actually wanted something bad to fall on him. Some people who sat at the back all came forward to clearly hear what the guard had to say about Alpha Leo.
