“It was bearable in the beginning. We perhaps thought that we would eventually grow out of our childishness and learn to get alone. But that never happened. We grew more stubborn as the years went by. Never did we ever see eye to eye.
We both had different beliefs and dreams, and no one was willing to sacrifice anything. Her interests were the family business, but I had a different dream, which made everything worse. And every single passing day, the rift between us grew deeper.”
