I smirk. A bitter smirk as I stand up. I don’t think I can stand this. I don’t think my parents will ever consider anything that comes from me. “Where are you going, son?”

I turn to Mr. De Mario. His look is so damn obvious. He does not want me to leave. He understands this game better than my parents, who are trying to act civil. They are giving this family too much credit than they deserve.
