Chapter 29
After a few minutes, Bianca was back with a smile. Valerie was already done eating, while Justin was clearly waiting for her. She sat down beside Justin but never looked at him like she had before. She was mad with jealousy, but she couldn’t tell him that now.
“I didn’t court her,” he said in a low voice, but he was not sure if Bianca heard it.
It was not the first time that some women assumed that Justin had feelings for them. Bianca just couldn’t fathom why Justin is usually sweet towards his friends.
Her mood was lifted a little by his assurance that he didn’t court her. If it was true, sooner or later, their relationship was bound to be dissolved on its own.
“It’s your business, Justin. Perhaps you’re fated to be with each other,” she said in a casual tone that made Justin glare at her. “Are you going to sleep here tonight?” She asked him, completely ignoring his fuming eyes.
