As the night drew closer to an end, Abigail found herself busily preparing for the following day at the office. She meticulously organized her work materials.

Daniel and Daniella, Abigail’s two lively kids, were filled with energy even at this late hour. They were running around the house, their playful laughter echoing through the rooms. Abigail knew it was time to calm them down and get them ready for bed, so she called out to them.

“Daniel, Daniella, it’s time to settle down for the night,” Abigail gently called from the living room, her voice carrying a soothing tone.

Daniel, “Okay, Mommy! Let’s get ready for bed!” he exclaimed, his excitement still evident in his voice.

Daniella, with her eyes gleaming with mischief, chimed in. “But Mommy, can we have a little chat before we sleep? Just the three of us?”

Abigail couldn’t resist her children’s request for a heartwarming conversation. “Of course, my darlings,” she replied with a smile, leading them t
