“Okay…take one step forward. That’s good.”

Her instructor kept encouraging her to move. She was tired. But she was going to try her best. Everyone was supporting her, and they were here for her. She remembered how hard the three months that had passed were.

She planned on giving up so many times. But she couldn’t. She was strong.

She remembered the day she opened her eyes and saw Davis, looking at her. Her voice was weak, and she couldn’t talk. Suddenly her whole family surrounded her, looking at her with sad faces. She realized she was in a hospital when she saw the doctor.

She was told that she had been in the hospital for a month, in a coma. It was hard to believe that. She wondered what had happened. He asked for the last thing she could remember, but nothing came to mind.
