Chapter 30

They got to the hospital and Hazel was carried inside while Naya tried to console Maya 

“She will be fine Maya” Naya assured her 

“Is she going to die like Mum?” Maya asked crying 

“Stop saying nonsense and let’s pray for her,” Naya said 

Maya's eyes welled up with tears, her voice cracking with emotion. "But what if...what if it's too late? What if she leaves us like mom did?"

Naya's expression softened, her voice gentle but firm. 

"Maya, we can't think like that right now. We need to stay positive and hope for the best. Hazel is strong, she'll get through this."

As they spoke, the hospital doors swung open and a team of doctors and nurses rushed out to attend to Hazel. Naya and Maya exchanged a worried glance, their hearts racing with anticipation.
