Chapter 313. Their Sadness

Dean came out of the walk-in closet with a fresher appearance. He wore blue-white shorts combined with a black t-shirt with open sleeves. he approached Bryana who was sleeping while hugging Aidyn with a visible chest because she fell asleep while breastfeeding. Calvin and Sofia had already left the room.

"She must be tired and in deep shock, mustn't have eaten at all either," Dean muttered as he rubbed Bryana's forehead. "If Alex had told Fin was Gustave's son from the start, maybe something like this would never have happened," he continued annoyed.

"Ugh...." Bryana writhed and winced in pain in the waist area, hands, and even her whole body. She squirmed until Aidyn woke up and cried. Dean immediately calmed him by rocking him.

"My whole body hurts," Bryana said as she sat up with a very lethargic expression on her disheveled face and messy hair. The bruises on the corners of the lips and temples were visible, maybe because Fin had been slapped so many times.
