“This is the third time you're taking her to an event. What the hell is happening?!” My girlfriend was in my face and really angry.

I pulled her close, lifted a hand to gently caress her face. “I know it's not easy seeing me go out with her but I have no choice, babe. She's the wife they know.”

“I am supposed to be your wife! I am supposed to be by your side going to every event with you, Jared!” She retorted.

I heaved a sigh. It's been two weeks since my marriage with that girl. It only got harder by the passing moment.
