Priestess Hailey roamed the Hell Pit of Souls. Knights accompanied her, making her more alert. The Duke didn’t trust her, and she didn’t trust him either. However, what she had seen earlier troubled her. The piece of cloth she saw in the Duke's hand belonged to Delion. She couldn’t be mistaken. She touched her pendant and smiled lightly.

“He still wears it,” she silently mumbled.

She remembered their discussion, thinking back to every word and gesture. The topic of Delion came up frequently, especially in relation to the masked man who had been causing trouble. Did the Duke suspect Delion was the masked man? This thought made her uneasy. Her mind raced with possibilities. She wondered if the Duke had connected the dots as she had.
