Chapter 21. Friend Or Sibling-in-Law

With a pounding heart, Aurora drove her car into the airport's pick-up zone. She had purposely chosen to pick up her boyfriend herself. She couldn't deny that she was eagerly anticipating their first meeting after they officially became a couple. The car's engine came to a stop, matching the rhythm of her increasingly erratic heartbeat. She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly while checking her makeup in the rearview mirror.

Aurora stepped out of the car, waiting anxiously for Dave's arrival as she leaned against her vehicle. Not long after, a man with shoulder-length hair and black sunglasses walked from the arrival gate. Aurora's world seemed to halt as she could feel her entire body going numb. Once again, she was mesmerized by the man who always had a masculine appearance. Aurora tried to hide her nervousness by returning Dave's approaching smile. The distance between them gradually disappeared until Dave stood right in front of Aurora, and he removed his black sunglasse
