"What...?"

Jane moved her hands away from his chest, looking up at him comically and in stupefication.

"There- there was this voice whispering to me. Didn't any one of you hear it?" He questioned, puzzled by himself.

The cousins looked at each other with knitted eyebrows, not sure what he was talking about. They shook their heads, neither of the both telling him what he wanted to hear.

"Then it was talking to only me..." he said as if he realized something.

"Well, what was it saying?" Jane asked, lifting his head up which was held down in thought.

"It was- the voice said...it was calling me closer to the rift, as if it wants me to fall down through it." He confessed, the omega shocked and scared and the alpha cousin raising his eyebrow.

"That was unexpected. Though, if it is calling us down, let's go and explore it. Who knows?" Gerald spoke up, planning onto something.
