He finally peeped down the tunnel.

Only to find darkness smiling at him sickeningly.

Clicking his tongue repugnantly, he silently followed the tunnel. He kept leaving hand prints of himself on the muddy walls, any remnants of living matter burning ferociously under his touch, soon turning into charcoal.

With the air burning around him too, he quickly began feeling breathless, until he summoned his air element again. The tunnel was deep enough, seemingly endless just like the horizontal cave above his head.
