Chapter 160

Levi’s wolf fell to the floor with a thud and he instantly shifted back into his human form. The light of life had fled from his eyes and death had stolen him away. 

But from the second that Selena had stabbed her hand into his back, he knew that he was going to die and at that very moment, he still did not regret a thing. Even if he had been given a second chance, he was for sure going to do it all again. 

He may have died, but his love for Clary was going to live on and on. 

“No,” Clary said the word out in disbelief as tears filled her eyes, blinding her vision for a few seconds before she blinked and it cleared when the tears had fallen on her face. “No, no, no,” Her voice broke. 

She shifted back into her human form and rushed to Levi’s side, watching the blood gushing out of his chest. 

“Yuck,” Selena said as she chuckled, staring at the heart in her hand. She then dropped it to the floor and licked the blood that was on her hand
