Star inhaled and exhaled deeply. Then a smile crept on his face. “Oh, just to look in your face and say Karma’s a b*tch, huh? You wanted it all, and f*ck, you had won. You had gotten it all.” 

“You won our parent’s love. You married the Alpha of the pack and got to be Luna. You got the life of a princess. And you even got away with sleeping with your math teacher,” Star continued, chuckling. 

“My math teacher got me pregnant and I lied and said that you had raped me. You have to admit, that was smooth, right?” Selena forced a laugh even though what her brother had said about losing everything was paining her heart.

“Hmm,” Star mumbled in response as he nodded slowly. “But look at you now. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. You have lost it all. Even the baby that you had always wanted to have for Ace.”
