Chapter 151

I walked into the room tentatively as my heartbeat doubled its pace. When I was in, I closed the door and stared at the man on the hospital bed. He looked the same as the day I saw him bleeding out on the ground after we hit him. 

But this time, his eyes were not closed, but open. 

“Hi, I’m detective Stone. You requested to see me?” She asked him as she sat in the chair next to the bed.
