Nico let out a long sigh. "I don't know, Ruby. It feels like something is missing."

Ruby came closer and hugged Nico. "I'm here for you, Nico. We're going to start a new life together. I'm sure we can be happy."

Nico closed his eyes, trying to convince himself that this was for the best. However, the image of Celine continued to haunt him. He knew that the decision he made was not because of love, but because of pressure from his family.

"Celine, I wish you knew," Nico whispered.

Ruby continued to stare at Nico, even though Nico ignored her gaze.

"I won't give up! I have to earn Nico's love, no matter what," Ruby said to herself.
