Chapter 90

Without waiting for a reply, Nico walked towards the entrance of his company building.  

Elissa clenched her hands tightly. Her jaw hardened with emotion. "Why is Nico being like this? Since when has he been so cold to me?"

Her breath caught, frustration beginning to overcome her. "Damn it!" she muttered angrily.  

Upon entering his room, Nico immediately sat down and rubbed his face. He didn't understand why Elissa was still trying to get close to him.  

Shortly after, his assistant knocked on the door and entered with some documents.  

"Nico, this is the report you requested on the new project."  

Nico nodded and took the documents. But his mind was still a little distracted by Elissa's attitude. He sighed, trying to ignore and focus on his work.
