Chapter 71
Third Person’s POV
Ginny sat in a chair at the police station, her hands handcuffed, while a police officer kept watch over her. She hadn’t been put in a cell yet because the Taylor/dela Merced family hadn’t arrived at the station yet.
“Thank God, Tita! Finally, you’re here,” Ginny hugged Cel as she saw her. Cel was accompanied by her husband, Armand, and Autumn, along with Lei’s husband, Gino.
Autumn glared at her, her eyes filled with anger—it was evident that Autumn blamed Ginny for ruining her life. But they were all wrong.
All of their suspicions were wrong. Only Armand, Cel, Zeny, and Luis knew the truth—what happened back then and why all these things were happening.
“Ginny… I’m so sorry you ended up here,” Cel said as she broke the hug.
“Can someone explain to me why this is happening!? Mom, what is this? Why do I feel like you’re siding with Tita Lei’s killer?” Autumn said irritably.
