Alana's POV

Joslyn was the princess of the Cooper family. Even when we were young, her parents used to spoil her. Dad danced to her tune. Her mom was pretty, despite her age. She was classy and made her husband do whatever she wanted. Joslyn was their only child.

I looked at Joslyn's mom. I called aunt Maria and wondered why she was busy pushing my husband to do what they wanted. I wasn't a stranger to them, they knew my parents. But after this, I knew any better than to trust them.
