Alana's POV

It was a lovely afternoon, unfortunately, Ricardo showing up without telling me made me uncomfortable. I guided him to my office. Despite how I was looking, I did everything I could to keep calm.

"The view is beautiful, " I said when we walked up to the large balcony which had a vast evergreen garden. The blooming flowers made the scenery quite bewitching. It was perfect for a photo shoot and just relaxing.

"You like it?" Ricardo glanced back over his shoulder and I nodded. The fact that he chose a perfect and peaceful location made me happy.

"I love it, you didn't tell me you were coming," I said but proceeded to voice out my opinion. The man didn't answer right away but seemed to be thinking. I scanned him from head to toe. He had his hands shoved in his pockets when he fully turned to me. I felt butterflies in the pit of my stomach.
