Third-Person POV

That night when Alayana was walking back to her wooden house after finishing her work at Villa, she looked at the bushes expectantly but when there was no moment she sighed.

“What happened? Why are you sighing?” Mandy asked, giving her milk.

“Nothing Mandy. You can go to bed first. I will take a walk for some time after drinking milk” Mandy nodded her head as it was daily routine for Alayana to take a small walk before going to bed. She didn’t doubt and went back to her room.

Once Mandy was gone, Alayana stood up to take a walk but her thoughts were all on Isaac. It’s been days but she still didn’t get to see him again. As she was losing hope, she ran into a wall of hard flesh.

She was familiar with his scent so she didn’t need to look up to see his face. Her heart tightened and she refused to look up at him. She moved to the other side to cross him and go back to her room. She doesn’t want to talk with him.
