“What happened? Why are they not responding?” Clarke asked as soon as she entered Chris’s room.

“I think someone bought them.” he said sitting back in his chair. It was a long day for him after spending most of the time on his research.

“How is it possible? Did you inform Alpha?” she asked, taking a chair beside him.

“Ollie knows. Alpha will know it soon.” he shrugged his shoulders and removed his spectacles.
