Third-Person POV

A few minutes later, Alayana stood in front of new house with mixed feelings. She was not sure what her future was going to be but she hoped to see Isaac without anything bothering them.

“Nova. there is a children’s room here.” Mandy shouted from inside. She is more excited than Alayana.

Alayana went inside and saw the people delivering their boxes carefully. “Yeah. This way it will be convenient for me after the delivery.”

“Yes. Come let’s arrange the children’s room first. Later I will take care of other rooms.” Mandy said moving their boxes to the children’s room.

Alayana looked at the toys and thought of Isaac’s expression when he first felt the kick from the baby inside her stomach. She imagined how careful Isaac would look holding a newborn baby and looked around to see if he was already around anywhere. She tried to smell his masculine scent but to her disappointment he is not around.
