Third-Person POV

“Isaac is getting married in two days.”

Lance’s words made Alayana’s heart explode. She tried not to cry because she still remembered Isaac’s promises. He said he wants to form a family with her and her baby. He said she is the love of his life.

“Alayana.” Lance stood up and went to stand beside her.

Her heart ached with the feeling of betrayal. She thought he changed and really wants to be with her. But now he proved that he used her to get Lance.

She felt she was a fool to trust Isaac again. No matter how far she escaped, he still hurt her in the same way he did for the first time.

When Lance hugged from the side, tears rolled down with much pain. He is really going to another woman’s husband. Now she doesn’t even have any hope left.

She thought it wouldn’t hurt because they are not together. But it hurts like hell thinking of Isaac’s words and the time they spent together.
