Third-Person POV

“Misty.” Ollie called out with pain evident in his voice.

Oliva and Eartha looked confused with his sudden change of expression.

“I think my time has come to leave this world. Please tell Alayana goodbye for me.” her last words echoed in Ollie’s ears and he looked devastated.

He still has so much to tell her. He didn’t apologize for being angry at her. He didn’t say thanks when she helped him in a rogue attack and helped Oliva when she was about to keep her hand in boiling soup.

“What happened brother? Did she leave?” Oliva asked looking around them while Eartha just looked at his back and felt pain in her heart. She knew him from a long time and was attracted to him long back. She never expressed her feelings to be fair to her mate. She secretly wished he should be her mate. But looking at his painful heart she wondered if she would ever get a chance to be his love. Had he ever seen her more than his sister’s friend.
