Chapter 127. Desperate
Luna's POV
My eyes scanned the area for Luke. I'm not sure, but I see why his phoning me gave me the chills. That is, I cannot convey to him how uneasy I feel. When I shifted my gaze toward him, I saw he was waving at me.
"How come you seemed to see a ghost the way you stare a me?" He was joking with me, and even added a feeble chuckle to the conversation. I didn't even alter my expression toward him, and I let him talk freely despite my discomfort. He sends me inexplicable vibes. "Is Athens finished?" I never let him finish and I asked. If he hadn't completely finished, I would have remained uneasy.
