Luna's POV
He just nodded and made no comment. I'm sure he's interested about what I'm going to say, but he doesn't show it. I drew further closer in order for him to hear me well and I could lowered my voice.
“About Leilani—”
He cut me off before I could continue speaking.
“You think differently, ma’am. Whatever is going on in your head, I want to advise you to disregard it; I am not who you believe I am." He spoke it solemnly, yet it remains casual. He re-adjusted his position.
"Such is satisfactory in that case. Even if there is chemistry between both of you, I want you to understand that feeling for her. She is married and it's a sin against the law and in the sight of God." I stopped beating around the bush and told the truth.
He was unable to respond to what I said, and so I touched him on the shoulder. That seems to be a bullseye. Even though he was merely feeling adoration, his eyes revealed how much he liked Leilani
