Luna's POV
I’m not sure when I fell asleep following what occurred to Adonis and me. I’d want to check the time, but I can’t find the clock. I attempted to rise, but I couldn’t because of the discomfort in my lower body. I suppose this proves that what happened last night was not a hoax. My body has begun to relax. When I checked around the little cabin, I couldn’t see Adonis. Is that all there is? I’m at a loss for words. It felt as though salt was being sprinkled over a new wound that had just been opened.
The door opened just as I was ready to get up and leave because I felt Adonis had abandoned me. It sounded loud as if the opening had shattered it. My heart skipped a beat because of what someone did when he came in, but it quickly calmed down when I saw Adonis...He had fresh coconut juice and food on the plate. Those are, once again, veggies.
