THIRD PERSON P.O.V

While they were in the middle of their date—as per Phoenix’s request, suddenly he saw how her wife's expression changes.

Phoenix looked at Evelyn with a worried expression and tightly grabbed her hand. “Why did you seem to be afraid? What are you afraid of?”

When she heard his voice, she subconsciously calmed down as her so-called horrified expression disappeared. She cleared her throat and managed to calm her expression.

“It was nothing.” She lightly said, making Phoenix frown.

“What do you mean by nothing? I saw you looking terrified as if the world is going to end. If I can help, I'll help you, so what are you afraid of? As long as I'm here, I'll protect you. If you want, you can just say its name and I'll be on the way to kill them.” Phoenix said in a serious tone while staring at her, who pretended to be calm and collected but she was sweating furiously.
