Chapter 125
Layla’s POV
I could not put my mind in one piece. It was like having insomnia. The very thing I had the first time Logan brought me to his house.

I hoisted my bag up my raised thigh for support as I followed Beverly into the airport lounge. I could barely feel the presence of anybody around me as I hurried to meet up with Beverly, who hurried over to the attendants seated behind the desk.
I was wearing sunshades to conceal my identity, hiding my face behind the tinted glasses, a blond wavy wig seated firmly on my head. I was wearing makeup just in disguise. My lips are painted heavy burgundy, my eyes marked boldly with eye liners, a mole placed firmly above my lips. I was wearing black high heels and jeans with a top.
“Excuse me,” Beverly says to the woman at the desk.
“Hi, how may…” she started saying the usual pleasantries, but we had no time, so Beverly cut her off.
“Yes, yes… We are here for the 6 a.m. flight?”
