I walked outside the castle to meet Helion. He stood beside a carriage connected to two strong looking horses. Why did we need horses? I thought to myself as I walked towards him.

“Can't you just teleport us there?”

I asked when I got closer to him. He took my hand, gently aiding me into the carriage.

“Don't you want to see if we can tolerate each other for that long?”

He followed behind me into the carriage with a sheepish smile. I knew he just wanted to travel with me, which was rather flattering.
