Chapter 27. Welcome Back

Ray’s POV

“Finally you’re back” my mom who was sitting on the couch said immediately she noticed my presence

“Well you’ve been practicing your magic huh?” she asked

“Yes Mom” I replied now standing in front of her as she sips her cup of coffee.

To be honest I was still scared of what happened and what is about happening but I tried to remain cool and calm so that my mom won’t ask me any further questions that would make me tell her everything.

“So how was the party?” my mom asked curious
