The rest of the day was uneventful. Evening came quickly, and all of us had dinner together before settling in my living room area to watch the news.

“I don’t know.” I admitted. “I think I just want to gage the overall reaction to everything. I mean, not only is my relationship with you becoming public, but the fact also that Renard and I are fox shifters is being announced.”

“I don’t think anyone in the city will be hateful of such a revelation.” Daring assured me. “I imagine they mainly respond with wonder and awe since fox shifters have been considered extinct for the past hundred years.”
