Chapter 81. An Array of Feelings

The party was in full swing and all the goblins had dressed to impress. The females were bedecked in animal hide dresses and long necklaces around their necks and fingers, while the men wore tunics and shorts made from animal hide.

Germaine found out Zar bought the jewelry from some merchants who usually came into the forest.

Everywhere rang with gaiety and laughter. Flowers cushioned the floor and walls of the hall, and fireflies were let out of their baskets and flew around, lighting up every part of the hall making it look like something out of a fairytale book. 

Germaine could not contain her excitement. There was something about parties that made her happy and excited. She recalled the last one she attended in the werewolf town of Rim. That was the same day she and Keratin had made love and known there was a deeper attraction between the two of them. Her face flamed red as she thought about what happened that day at the waterfalls.
