Jazz's transaction with the landlord went smoothly and quickly. On the same day, Jazz packed his belongings and moved them to his new place. The timing of his hauling was right since Eloise saw him and offered to help him organize his things.

"It's been almost two months since I moved here. I don't even become a neighbor because no one wants to rent next to my apartment," Eloise said while Jazz was preparing a snack. "I heard that people who want to rent an apartment in this village are very rare. That's why I was really surprised to hear that you rented the apartment next door."

"I came here earlier to check your house," Jazz replied and offered Eloise an orange juice and a sandwich. "The design and the location are okay with me. I don't need a big apartment to live in since I'm the only one who will be living alone, eh."

“Is that you?” Jazz spoke again. "In your apartment, are you the only one there?"
