Chapter 23
I don't know why it took me so long to go to the mall because I only wanted curtains and bedsheets. I think I arrived at the mall around twelve but when I came out it was close to six in the evening. My steps are fast towards the parked tricycle that will take me to the ride.
“Brother, what time is the last trip?”
Six o'clock,” the driver answered which made me even more nervous.
I really shouldn't be worried because there are tricycles that can be paid to take me home, but in a time when rape is rampant, it's hard to trust, especially at night. “Let's hurry,” I told him.
