Chapter 17

It turns out that Jake thought it was the last bus because another one arrived. And he didn't let me miss it. I didn't want to but I was ashamed of what I did as if I was too clingy to him so I got on board. From the moment I stepped on the bus, I called him and we called until I felt sleepy.

I don't know what time I woke up and I was a bit distracted when someone sat next to my passenger. I turned to see a man. I just ignored it and closed my eyes again and that was the big mistake I made.

When I woke up, my bag was gone. I wanted to cry but I was embarrassed. I wanted to get a blotter but I thought there wasn't much in it. I brought a different wallet and it only contained pocket money and a few bottles of perfume and lotion, hand sanitizer, and others that I use for beauty. It doesn't matter, it's up to him.
