“Are you okay, Zeke?" I asked Ezekiel. I was at the cashier of Jose's shop.

For now, I am not ready to talk again with Manuel.

There are many reasons why I can't face him. I'm afraid of what could happen. I'm scared to risk my heart away again.

Ezekiel was stunned and deep in thought.

"Nothing."

He avoided.

I put the coffee glass to the side and told him. He looked at me sweetly.

"I think you have a problem."

His forehead creased. I know he is busy. He especially impressed his father.

He tousled my hair. I winced because my hair was messed up.

"Nothing. "

"Didn't you go to Batangas? I'm sorry here. You went to a bar last night."

He smiled and looked at me for a long time.

"That makes me fall even more in love with you. Go ahead! I'm going to snatch you away from my brother."

I scoffed and rolled my eyes. That's what he's good at. He calmed me down immediately.
