“You didn’t have a mate then, the day you thought you were each other’s mates, Theodore’s mate died and where you met with him was the place she was buried at, her scent was around you.” She explained and I went blank for a moment.

“What… What are you saying? I felt the mate pull, are you saying that was nothing?” I demanded and she sighed.

“I’m sorry, Aurora but Theodore was never your mate.” She replied and I gasped.

“So now what you’re saying is I’m yet to find my real mate?”

“Yes, Aurora.” She answered, leaving me stunned and speechless.

I walked into the house, uncertain of how to feel, I was supposed to be happy but then a part of me was scared.

“What if I end up finding my mate and he wants me? What about Xavier? The whole world would know that I have a different mate and I’m married to another…”
