Chapter 26. You Are Pregnant

Author’s POV

Aurora strolled outside, taking slow yet calculated steps. Her stomach churning reminded her of the hunger she felt, and the craving she had for a meal.

She walked into the dining room for breakfast, yawning sleepily and rubbing her palms over her eyes in an attempt to wipe off the blurry sight.

But the moment she stepped into the living room, her eyes caught sight of the person that was already waiting for her—the female doctor.

Dressed in a long, white flowing coat with a stethoscope around her neck, Aurora caught a glimpse of the crinkling smile that greeted her at the corners of the doctor’s lips. She forced back a smile painfully, her fingers brushing through the edges of the dress she had on.

Her throat burned for the next few seconds. And she allowed her eyes to wander to the alpha who sat with a straightened posture on the sofa, his eyes fixed on the table in front of him.

So, he’d brought the doctor? That was… shocking
