Chapter 56

Blessing was already in the shower when she entered and she went to her closet to pull out a change of clothes. When she set it down she heard Blessing turn off the shower and in no time she stepped out with a towel across her body, with another towel in her hand drying her hair.

“Is he gone?” Blessing asked May who scoffed.

“I sincerely do not care. Let me freshen up so we can finally talk okay. Yesterday must have been hell for you.” May said to Blessing and went to the bathroom to freshen up.

When she came out she found Blessing with her hair packed on top of her head with a towel, she was dressed in her pajamas and was nursing a steaming mug. Probably a mug of hot chocolate.

May came out with her hair wrapped in a towel as well, then she took it off and began drying the hair with the towel in her hand.
