Rose’s POV

Not just me but Elise was so excited to finally hear those words from the king. He finally approved to let her go but at our own risk. Elise jumped up in joy and hugged him passionately.

“Thank you so much brother, I know it’s hard but all you have to do is to trust me and everything will be fine,” She said with a smile.

“I do trust you, But the only thing that worries me is that nothing should ever harm you.” The king said with a worried look on his face.

Elise smiled and held his hands. “I understand how worried you are of me but you shouldn’t be. I have people who can protect me anywhere so don’t worry too much,” Elise said reassuring the king until the king completely agreed to let things slide.
