It had only been an hour since I found out about Kaden's thing for Lily, and I was still in tears. He tried reaching out to me multiple times today, but I just couldn't bring myself to answer or call him back. I couldn't help but wonder if he was worried about me.

Even though my eyelids felt heavy, sleep was nowhere in sight. I just wanted to drift off for the entire day to escape thoughts of him.
