Chapter 114. The Meeting That Finally Happened

After his fight with Maria, Tommy had not contacted his girlfriend for almost a week. He ignored message after message and Maria's incoming phone calls. And his desire to control Martin's company somehow began to wane.

And here he is, in a five-star restaurant he has never visited. Tommy looked around the restaurant area and didn't find a single guest other than him. Tommy looked at the collar of the luxury watch he was wearing; the meeting time promised by Maria appeared to be almost half an hour past.

“If you were almost an hour late, then you should have told me first.”

''And what exactly is going on? Why did you invite me to dinner at this fancy restaurant?''
