Chapter 69. Dead End
After the incident, Martin gave his last warning to Esther. That maid spoke very politely and acted very well to him.
"I'm glad Esther has learned from her mistake." Martin looked at Esther, who was preparing breakfast for him.
"I can't just fire her. After all, she has worked in this house for years. And it's very troublesome if I hire a new maid to fulfill all my needs in this house."
"Esther," Martin called his maid at the end of his dining table. With slow steps, Esther walked towards Martin, she was bowing her body down, and also her body language was very gentle, unlike usual.
"Yes sir?" Martin smiled when he heard Esther's gentle tone.
"Can you prepare lunch for two people? I'm going to the DV Company and meet Uncle Tommy, I want to have lunch with him."
"Yes sir." Esther then walked away from the dining table and entered the kitchen to prepare lunch for Ma
