Paris POV

“Marcel, you have to let me go,” I laughed.

He locked his teeth on my nipple and pressed his hand on my back. Marcel didn’t want me to go to work today.

“I have to work!” I playfully moved away and was finally released.

I sighed and swatted him. He grabbed the back of my head and kissed me. He was right when he said wolves were possessive.

“You’re an Alpha’s mate. You don’t need to work.”

I dipped my head to the side. “I’m not quitting and you’re not doing anything to Tess’s place.”

He rolled his eyes. “I don’t trust her.”

“Are you ever going to tell me your beef with her?”

He climbed off the bed, showing me his firm ass.

“Eventually not today though. Are you joining me?” He held out his hand, raising his brow.
